Introduction. With the snowballing requirement of renewable resources energy, solar energy has been an area key concern to increasing demand for electricity. Solar photovoltaic gotten a considerable amount consideration from researchers in recent years. Purpose. For generating nearly realistic curves cell model it is needed estimate unknown parameters with utmost precision. The five include diode-ideality factor, shunt-resistance, photon-current, diode dark saturation current, and series-resistance. Novelty. proposed research method hybridizes flower pollination algorithm least square better parameters, produce more curves. Methodology. shows many promising results that are nature, as compared other methods. Shunt-resistance series-resistance considered constant not neglected this approach previously practice. values factor found using while current photon-current through method. Results. combination these techniques achieved techniques. simulation studies carried on MATLAB/Simulink.
